He has fine-tuned and indigenized CO2 extraction processes that have made it possible to extract the holistic essence of herbs to formulate botanical pesticides. Girish has a total experience of 41 years in various fields and has co-founded several companies under Krushitek & Nisarga umbrella, which are growing successfully.

Sanvardhini Agro group have been working in the natural products industry, such as organic agricultural products, Botanical pesticides, Biostimulants etc for the last 31 years. At Sanvardhini, Jalindar heads Production, Marketing & Operations for the entire group of companies. Jalindar is very passionate about sustainable agriculture and plays a vital role in developing innovative and cost-effective botanical-based products for organic farming, and leads organic farming projects, right from concept to execution.
